Polish-Speaking Business & Operations Administrator

Experience:
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably within the logistics or transportation industry
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in Polish and English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
- Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) and transport management systems (TMS) is advantageous
Responsibilities:
- Processing customer orders and inquiries
- Data entry and analysis
- Logistics coordination, including booking transport and tracking shipments
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders, such as customers, suppliers, and carriers
- Resolving customer issues and complaints
- General administrative duties
