Salary: £25,000 - £26,500 (DOE) + Commission (£200/month post-probation, increasing to £500/month based on performance)

About the Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Export Sales Executive ( Spanish- Speaking ) to join a growing export team in a leading supplier to the Arts and Entertainment Industry. Specializing in products such as performance flooring, tape, and related accessories, this family-run company is expanding to meet international demand.
This role is ideal for someone with a passion for global sales, excellent customer service, and a drive to exceed targets. You’ll be supported and trained to succeed in selling high-quality products to distributors, end-users, and key accounts worldwide.
Role Overview
This is a full-time, office-based role, working 37 hours per week near St. Ives, Cambridgeshire. You’ll be expected to travel internationally approximately once every two months (or monthly, as needed) to represent the company at global events and build client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage relationships with existing distributors and clients.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through lead generation, research, and proactive outreach.
- Provide technical advice and support to clients to maximize sales potential.
- Take ownership of the sales process from prospecting to closing deals.
- Represent the company at global exhibitions and industry events.
- Conduct in-person client visits to promote products and enhance partnerships.
- Maintain accurate records in the company’s database and prepare activity reports.
- Stay informed about market trends, competitor activity, and client challenges.
- Collaborate with internal teams to meet sales and operational goals.
What We’re Looking For
The ideal candidate is motivated, adaptable, and eager to succeed in a global sales role. Key qualifications and attributes include:
- Fluent in English and Spanish (or another second language).
- At least 3 years of sales experience, ideally with product-based sales.
- A proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to learn technical product details quickly and confidently.
- Willingness to travel internationally as required.
- Knowledge of the flooring, labels, tapes, or safety equipment industries is a plus.
