Position: Polish-Speaking Serious Injury Solicitor
Location: Manchester (Remote, with one monthly office visit)
Salary: £55,000 - £64,900 DOE

About the Role:
On behalf of a forward-thinking and expanding law firm, we are seeking a Polish-speaking Serious Injury Solicitor. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to work on complex, high-value multi-track cases in a supportive and innovative team environment.
You’ll take responsibility for managing serious injury and clinical negligence cases from start to finish, providing high-quality client service throughout.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting the department’s Team Leader with operational duties and providing support to colleagues.
- Managing intricate multi-track claims, including road traffic accidents (RTA), employers’ liability/public liability (ELPL), and clinical negligence cases.
- Investigating liability and damages, reviewing medical documentation, and evaluating evidence.
- Preparing legal documents, including pleadings, witness statements, and schedules of loss.
- Securing interim payments and ensuring clients receive appropriate rehabilitation services.
- Working closely with specialists such as medical professionals, architects, and forensic accountants.
- Achieving departmental billing goals and contributing to the team’s success.
- Providing guidance to junior team members and optimizing the use of the firm’s case management systems.
About You
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Solicitor who possesses:
- 5–10 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in handling multi-track cases.
- Expertise in RTA, ELPL, and clinical negligence matters.
- Excellent client care skills and a commitment to high standards.
- Fluency in Polish is preferred but not essential.
- Strong teamwork and supplier management capabilities.
- The flexibility and willingness to attend the Manchester office once per month.
