Position: Polish-Speaking Civil Litigation Solicitor
Location: Manchester (Remote, with occasional office attendance – once a month)
Salary: Up to £40,000 DOE
Role Type: Permanent, Full-Time

About the Opportunity:
An established and expanding legal firm is seeking a Polish-speaking Civil Litigation Solicitor to join their team on a permanent basis. This role is ideal for a solicitor with 1-2 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) and expertise in resolving disputes.
With a growing portfolio of national and international clients, the firm provides a supportive and progressive work environment that encourages professional growth.
Role Responsibilities:
- The solicitor will oversee a range of civil litigation cases, managing disputes effectively from start to finish.
- The role offers flexibility, allowing you to work remotely or from the office, with the requirement to attend the office just once per month.
Key Duties:
- Managing a variety of disputes, such as property issues, debt recovery, contractual disagreements, commercial matters, and employment claims
- Reviewing and evaluating potential new cases
- Handling complex cases and exercising appropriate judgment when delegating tasks or managing risks
