The role
Working within a small team of 5 this vacancy will support the office with all aspects of administration. The role is very varied, and duties do include invoicing and customer service. You will report directly to the Branch Manager and alongside the office administrator who has a wealth of knowledge and experience.
The role is a part time basis and a flexible approach to hours can be considered for the right candidate. The opening hours of the branch are 7.30am – 5.30pm. You must be flexible and able to work 1 in 3 Saturdays.
The role responsibilities include:
- Responding to customer calls
- Invoicing
- Creating and raising orders
- Supporting the sales of the business with all administration requirements
- Creating and raising orders for the department.
- Communicating with our Goods In/Out for customer requirements
What we need
- A self-motivated team player with a positive and enthusiastic attitude.
- You should be well-mannered with good people skills and be able to work successfully under your own initiative as well as forming part of a productive team.
- You should pride yourself on your attention to detail and be confident on the telephone with good communication skills.
- Highly motivated and capable of delivering high standards whilst working to strict deadlines in a time-sensitive environment.
- Excellent computer skills and be familiar with the Microsoft Office Suite as well as confident learning new technology
- Previous experience with invoicing and administration would be beneficial.
