Venatu Recruitment Group is a dynamic and growing recruitment agency dedicated to connecting top talent with leading businesses. Our Leeds office is expanding, and we are looking for an enthusiastic and detail oriented Account Coordinator to join our team.
As an Account Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the recruitment process and managing client accounts. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong organisational skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring excellent customer service and client satisfaction.
- Assist with the end to end recruitment process, from candidate sourcing to placement.
- Maintain and develop strong relationships with clients and candidates.
- Coordinate interviews and support in the onboarding processes.
- Update and manage recruitment databases and CRM systems.
- Ensure compliance with relevant recruitment policies and procedures.
- Provide administrative support to the team.

- Previous experience in recruitment or account management is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
