Job Title: Food Production Operative
Location: Flixborough Industrial Estate (Must have own transport due to location)
Pay Rate: £11.44 per hour
Hours: Monday to Friday, 7am to 7pm
Job Type: Temp to Perm Opportunity
About the Role:
We are currently seeking Food Production Operatives to join our client's team based on the Flixborough Industrial Estate. This is a fantastic temp-to-perm opportunity for reliable and hardworking individuals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cutting and packing fresh vegetables
- Working in a fast-paced food production environment
- Ensuring all health and safety guidelines are followed in line with company policies
- Checking products and removing any that do not meet company quality standards
- Working as part of a team to ensure products are packed and despatched correctly
Ideal Candidate:
- Must have own transport due to the location
- Experience in a food production or fast-paced factory environment is beneficial but not essential
- Strong attention to detail to maintain product quality
- Ability to work as part of a team and meet production targets
