Role Overview:
As a Vehicle Warranty Administrator, you will play a key role in managing warranty claims and ensuring that all claims are processed in accordance with manufacturer and business guidelines. You will be responsible for verifying vehicle service histories, submitting claims, and liaising with manufacturers and dealerships to ensure smooth and efficient claim resolutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and manage warranty claims in a timely and accurate manner.
- Ensure all claims are compliant with warranty terms and manufacturer policies.
- Liaise with manufacturers, suppliers, and dealerships to resolve issues.
- Maintain accurate records of all warranty claims.
- Provide excellent customer service and support to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Monitor and track the progress of claims from submission to resolution.
- Assist with any warranty-related inquiries from customers and internal departments.
Requirements:
- Automotive experience is essential, ideally in a similar role within the vehicle industry.
- Strong knowledge of warranty processes and procedures.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple claims simultaneously.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in using relevant computer systems and software.
