Recruitment Account Coordinator
Location: Leeds
Salary: £25,000 - £28,000 + Bonus
Are you an organised and proactive individual with a passion for recruitment and client management? We are looking for a Recruitment Account Coordinator to join our dynamic team and play a key role in managing a key client relationship and ensuring the seamless delivery of recruitment services.
Key Responsibilities of the Recruitment Account Coordinator:
- Act as a daily point of contact for the client, ensuring excellent service delivery
- Coordinate and manage recruitment processes, including candidate sourcing, screening, and onboarding
- Build strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions
- Maintain regular contact with available workers
- Ensure compliance with employment legislation and company policies
- Support the out of hours “On Call” on a rota basis
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in recruitment, account management is desirable but not essential
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple client sites effectively
- High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- A proactive and solutions-focused approach to work
