Key Responsibilities
Operational Leadership

Lead and oversee operational teams to ensure seamless service execution and excellence.

Monitor key performance indicators, drive improvements, and implement best practices.

Develop strategies to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Client & Stakeholder Management

Act as the main point of contact for key clients, ensuring excellent service and communication.

Attend client meetings, represent the company professionally, and foster strong partnerships.

Engage with external stakeholders to support business development and strategic goals.
Compliance & Governance

Ensure operations adhere to industry regulations and internal compliance standards.

Support risk management initiatives and maintain high safety and quality standards.
Strategic Planning & Reporting

Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and execute business strategies.

Prepare and present operational reports, budgets, and forecasts.

Identify opportunities for innovation and efficiency improvements.
What We’re Looking For

Fluent Polish speaker – Highly beneficial but not essential.

Proven experience in a leadership or general management role within a dynamic and growing company.

Strong decision-making abilities and a confident approach to problem-solving.

Full UK driving licence required.
