What You’ll Be Doing:
- Lead & supervise a talented night shift team
- Carry out maintenance & repairs on trucks & trailers to VOSA standards
- Diagnose & fix defects to keep our fleet at peak performance
- Perform safety inspections & maintain a top-tier workshop
- Ensure health and safety is being adhered to
What You Need to Apply:
- HGV Technician experience with solid maintenance skills
- NVQ Level 3 or equivalent (preferred but not essential)
- A passion for high standards & safety compliance
- Strong leadership & teamwork skills
