Your Role as a Master Technician:
- Diagnosing and resolving complex mechanical and electrical faults.
- Performing servicing, maintenance, and repairs on a wide range of vehicles.
- Handling all vehicles with care and following best practices while on-site.
- Coordinating with the parts department to ensure efficient workflow for each job.
- Adhering to Health & Safety protocols and maintaining a safe working environment.
- Complying with all customer site policies and regulations.
- Accurately completing all necessary paperwork, including timekeeping, job cards, and service records.
- Keeping the workspace clean, organized, and operating at a high standard.
- Staying up to date with industry developments and attending relevant training sessions as required.
What We’re Looking For:
- Fully qualified (NVQ Level 3, IMI, or equivalent) or time served experience
- Strong experience as a Vehicle Technician / Master Technician
- Advanced diagnostics & problem-solving skills
- A passion for excellence, safety, and efficiency
- Ability to work independently & support team members
