Job Title: Workshop Manager

Venatu Recruitment Group is working with our client in London to recruit a Workshop Manager permanently.
Support the Engineering Manager in vehicle maintenance, compliance, and team management to ensure operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop engineering staff.
- Oversee vehicle repairs, servicing, and diagnostics.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards.
- Maintain garage facilities and equipment.
- Keep accurate records and reports.
- Act as deputy when needed.
Requirements
- Expertise in vehicle maintenance, mechanical/electrical engineering.
- Knowledge of health & safety, DVSA, and TfL regulations.
- Strong leadership and compliance skills.
Ideal for a hands-on leader with technical and management experience.
