Pre-Construction Manager
Newmarket
£60,000 to £66,000 per annum
37.5hrs per week Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm – office based
Permanent
Our client in Newmarket ate looking for a Pre-construction manager who will take full responsibility and accountability or the Estimating and Pre-construction function, as well as managing a team.
What will you receive?
- 25 days holiday plus 8 (can rise to 30 plus 8 after 5 years service)
- Auto enrolment pension scheme
- Bonus up to 12.5% of salary.
What will the Pre-construction Manager do?
- Managing estimating and pre-construction functions
- Sales support
- Work in conjunction with the Director and lead Design Manager, Estimating and Project Manager to ensure all inputs to a bid are met on time and within budget
- Management of DO/PCSA agreements
- Build relationships with client

What we are looking for in the Pre-Construction Manager?
- Excellent client facing and communication skills
- Already experienced in Pre-Contract management - have a degree (or equivalent)
- Experience in preparing tender submissions#
- Experience managing a team
- A strong capability in the use of Microsoft Office suite of applications which includes Word, Excel, Email etc.
- Ability to build relationships, internally and externally
