£40,000 to £45,000 depending on experience
Monday to Thursday 6am to 3:30pm, Friday 6am to 1pm (39hrs)
Our client is currently looking for a Production Manager to join their team in Doncaster! The main scope of this role will be managing the production team on the day shift and ensuring works are planned and undertaken effectively.
Some weekend working may be required and overtime is available.
Successful applicants MUST have previous steel fabrication experience

What will the Production Manager be doing?
- Oversee production process from start to finish
- Develop and implement plans to meet production goals and deadlines
- Manage production supervisors and workers
- Identify and resolve production related problems
- Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations
- Monitor and review employee performance at regular intervals.
- Assisting in the identification of new competency requirements as a requirement of new standards or legislation
What are we looking for in the Production Manager?
- Previous steel fabrication experience
- Previous production management experience
- Experience at contract and technical management level
- Knowledge of ISO management systems and auditing procedures
- Knowledge of rail environments and requirements is desirable
