£60,000 to £65,000
Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5pm (4 days in office, 1 day working from home)

Our client is looking for a Design Manager experienced in AutoCAD, SolidWorks or similar to join their team in Cheshire. This is a hands on role mentoring a fairly small team.

What will the Design Manager be doing?
- Develop CAD drawings for modular building designs
- Manage project timelines and collaborate with architects, engineering and construction teams
- Review and refine designs to meet client specifications and regulatory standards
- Coordinate with manufacturers to ensure design feasibility and quality
What are we looking for in the Design Manager?
- Previous Modular building design and construction experience
- Proficient in CAD software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks or similar
- Strong project management skills
- Attention to detail
