Venatu Recruitment are proud to annonuce that a leading client of ours within the Engineering Industry is now in the market for a Maintenance Engineer/Supervisor to join them at their HQ! The client is well-established, leading figure within the Chemical indsutry with this being there 38th of buisiness! They spcilaise in the formulation, manufacture and supply of there own label chemical products that are used in many different applications by many other leading cleints within other industres! Due to the busy nature and continued and growth they've consistently see year on year, they're now looking for a Maintenance Engineer/Supervisor to held with the companies forward motion.
This postion is paying between £42k - £44k per year and offers working hours of 8:30AM - 5PM Monday to Thursday and 8:30AM to 2PM Friday! This a 3 month Fixed Term Contract with a potential of an extension!
The main focus of the role it to ensure all plant and equipment are accureatly maintenanced through strategic PPMS so are looking for an hands on maintenance engineer with experince of working within a factory enviroment !
Job duties will include:
- Actioning maintenance and repairs to equipment and plant on site to ensure a smooth operation!
- Actioning the installsation to equopment, machinery and plant on site also ensuring a smooth operation!
- Ensuring accurate records are kept for all assets.
- Check their team’s work for technical accuracy
- Coordinate work with other engineers
The tyoe of candidate they're looking for is:
- A skilled, hands on Maintenance Engineer with 4 years + experience.
- Experinced working in a factory production enviroment
- Health & Safety savvy.
- Experinced in PPMS
- A team-player and uses their iniative to think outside the box.
