Service Advisor
Location: Wakefield
Pay: £12.50 per hour
Hours: 8am - 5pm, Monday to Friday (occasional weekends)
Contract: Temporary to Permanent
We're on the lookout for a Service Advisor to join our Aftersales team! If you're someone who enjoys working with people and can keep things running smoothly behind the scenes, this could be a great fit.
You'll be the go-to person between our customers and the workshop - keeping everyone in the loop and making sure everything runs like clockwork. From handling admin to chatting with customers and making sure their experience is a great one, you'll play a big part in the team.
What you'll be doing:
- Handling customer paperwork and general admin
- Keeping your workspace clean and well-organised
- Keeping customers updated throughout their service or repair
- Taking payments and following up on any outstanding bits
What we're looking for:
- Experience in the motor industry or in a similar role is great - but not a dealbreaker
- Confident using computers and systems
- Great attention to detail
- Positive, can-do attitude
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Able to stay calm and focused, even when it's busy
