Pay from £33,800 basic + OTE £41,800

You’ll be responsible for managing and coordinating high-quality SMART repairs and refurbishments. You’ll spend your time diagnosing issues, preparing vehicles for repair and completing refurbishments to a high standard. You’ll collaborate with our Bodyshop team to ensure customer satisfaction, enhance operations and improve service delivery. You’ll be set up and supported with the resources, tools and experience you need to be at your best and bring out the best in others. Hard work and commitment go a long way here. If you have the attitude and drive, the doors are open.

You’ll have the opportunity to be involved with:
• Develop SMART criteria to achieve high repair standards and minimise rework
• Define and monitor objectives for repair processes, ensuring efficiency and quality
• Manage goals to streamline workflows and reduce turnaround times
• Establish strategy to enhance customer service and satisfaction
• Implement objectives for Technician training programmes to improve skills and ensure compliance with industry standards
• Collaborate with the service department to address and effectively resolve any customer concerns related to repair services
