Master Technician (EV Qualified) - Bolton and Surrounding Areas
Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 + per annum (Dependent on experience)
Location: Bolton and surrounding areas
Position: Full-Time
We are looking for an experienced and highly skilled Master Technician to join our team in Bolton and surrounding areas. The ideal candidate will be EV qualified and have a strong background in diagnostics, repairs, and servicing across a range of vehicles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Road Testing & Diagnostics: Conduct thorough road tests and diagnose vehicle issues when required, ensuring all faults are accurately identified.
- Repairs & Servicing: Carry out inspections, repairs, and services, ensuring that vehicles are in line with manufacturer standards.
- MOT Testing: Perform MOT tests according to current regulations and ensure all required documentation is completed accurately.
- Annual Training: Complete necessary annual accreditation training to keep skills and certifications up to date.
- Paperwork Management: Ensure all job-related paperwork is accurate and up to date.
- Time Management: Ensure all jobs are completed within agreed timeframes while maintaining a high level of productivity and quality.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the service reception team and parts department to provide an exceptional customer experience.
- Workplace Safety & Cleanliness: Maintain a clean, safe, and tidy work environment, including protective clothing.
Minimum Requirements:
- Formal Qualifications: City & Guilds / NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Vehicle Maintenance & Repair.
- MOT Licence: A current, valid MOT Licence.
- Driving Licence: A full, clean UK driving licence is essential.
- EV Qualifications: Must be fully qualified to work on Electric Vehicles (EV).
