Due to their continued growth and expansion they’re looking for an experienced Electrical Supervisor to join our team and oversee electrical systems and components in the production aspect!
Job Overview:
The Electrical Supervisor will be responsible for supervising the electrical team, ensuring the proper installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems in the trailer manufacturing process. This role requires a detail-oriented, proactive individual with excellent leadership and technical skills.
This is a full-time nights postiion with working hours of 6PM - 6AM Monday - Friday and an early finish on fridays!
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of electrical technicians during trailer production.
- Oversee the installation, testing, and maintenance of electrical systems, including wiring, lighting, and control systems.
- Ensure all electrical work meets industry standards and safety regulations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues that arise during production.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure the smooth integration of electrical systems with trailer manufacturing.
- Lead and train the electrical team, providing guidance and development opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of all electrical work performed and materials used.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations in all electrical work.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Electrical Supervisor or similar role, preferably in manufacturing or automotive industries.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, wiring diagrams, and troubleshooting techniques.
- Experience with industrial electrical equipment and safety standards.
- Ability to lead and manage a team of technicians.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents and electrical schematics.
- Previous experience in trailer or vehicle manufacturing is a plus.
