Parts Advisor – Permanent Position
Venatu Recruitment Group is working with our client in Sutton. You will play a key role in providing an efficient parts service while ensuring smooth communication with internal teams and customers.
£28500 Per Year
Monday to Friday – Alternative Saturdays - Mornings
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and supply parts based on customer needs.
- Order, check, store, and manage stock efficiently.
- Assist with parts deliveries and collections.
- Maintain accurate records and process invoices.
- Provide excellent customer service in person and over the phone.
- Work closely with technicians and foremen to support operations.
Skills & Experience:
- Strong organisational and customer service skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Computer literate and able to work under pressure.
- Team player with a flexible approach.
Desirable:
- Automotive industry knowledge
- Parts experience, Kerridge/ADP system familiarity
- Full UK driving licence.
