Key Responsibilities
- Define and implement operational strategies aligning with the company’s objectives.
- Oversee end-to-end warehouse operations, including inbound logistics, storage, inventory management, picking, packing, and outbound distribution.
- Ensure operational KPIs are met and exceeded, driving efficiency, accuracy, and service excellence.
- Lead and develop Senior Operations Managers, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and high performance.
- Drive talent development and succession planning to build strong organisational leadership capabilities.
- Promote an inclusive and engaged workforce, ensuring a positive and productive working environment.
Skills & Expertise
- Strong strategic and analytical thinking capabilities.
- Advanced proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and data analytics tools.
- Exceptional leadership, coaching, and team development skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Comprehensive knowledge of health & safety regulations and compliance standards.
