LOGISTICS DATA ANALYST
Monday to Friday – 09:00 – 17:30
Location: South Yorkshire
Salary: Circa £33,000
Venatu Recruitment Group is proud to partner with a leading distribution and wholesale company in search of an experienced Logistics Data Analysist. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic National Distribution Centre at a time of significant growth.
Role Overview:
The Logistics Data Analyst is responsible for building and compiling reports related to logistics activity.
Responsibilities
- Build and create reports in Manhattan SCI.
- Extract and present key insights to members of the logistics team
- Monitor key KPIs, highlighting issues and investigating root cause where they have fallen below target
- Transition manual reports to automated versions
- Combine data for multiple sources to review and ensure processes are followed
- Train users in the use of the reports
Continuous Improvement and Innovation:
- Identify and lead continuous improvement initiatives based on insights
- Ensure best practices are implemented and maintained
Experience:
- Experience in a similar role within a warehouse or logistics environment.
Skills:
- Strong analytical thinking capabilities.
- Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
- Proficiency with SQL
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Suite
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
