Project Manager / Site Manager – Multi-Region Opportunities
We’re recruiting experienced Project Managers and Site Managers for a number of live and upcoming civils and groundworks projects across the following regions:

Northwest & Cumbria

Yorkshire & North East

Birmingham
Our projects range from £500k to £2.5 million in value and span a variety of sectors, including:

Healthcare
-
Commercial developments
-
Supermarket construction
Key Responsibilities:
-
Lead the day-to-day site operations and ensure smooth project delivery
-
Manage budgets, schedules, and resources effectively
-
Coordinate subcontractors and liaise with stakeholders
-
Ensure full compliance with health and safety standards
-
Deliver regular progress updates to senior leadership
Requirements:
-
Strong experience in civils and groundwork projects is essential
-
SMSTS or equivalent certification required
-
CSCS and First Aid preferred
-
Excellent organisational, communication, and leadership skills
Pay Rate: £260 – £340 per day
