As a Service Advisor, you will be the key point of contact between our customers and the workshop team, ensuring a smooth, efficient, and high-quality service experience. Your role will involve managing customer relationships, overseeing service processes, and delivering exceptional customer care at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing customer paperwork and administrative tasks
- Maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and organization
- Communicating with customers throughout the service or repair process
- Processing payments and following up on outstanding actions
What We're Looking For:
- Previous experience in the motor industry or as a Service Advisor (preferred, but not essential)
- No formal qualifications required
- Strong computer skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- A proactive attitude with a drive to meet goals and deliver results
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Ability to work well under pressure
