Job Title: Receptionist
Location: Rotherham
Pay: £12.21 per hour
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (with occasional weekend availability)
About Us:
ASAP START - TEMP TO PERM - We're looking for a friendly and organised receptionist to join our team in Rotherham. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and love interacting with people, this could be the perfect role for you! The role is initially temporary ongoing with the prospects to become a permenant role.
The Role:
As our receptionist, you’ll be the face of the business, the first person our customers see when they walk through the door. You’ll handle phone calls, manage appointments, and make sure everything runs smoothly at the front desk. You’ll play a key part in ensuring our customers have a great experience from the moment they arrive.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Welcoming visitors and customers with a smile and making them feel at ease
- Answering the phone and directing calls to the right person
- Booking appointments and managing the diary
- Helping customers with any queries they might have
- Taking care of general admin duties like filing and data entry
- Keeping the reception area neat and tidy
- Supporting other team members with day-to-day tasks
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in the automotive service role (experience in the automotive industry would be a bonus, but not essential)
- Great communication skills and a friendly, approachable personality
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to multitask and stay organised in a busy environment
- A positive attitude with a focus on delivering excellent customer service
- Flexibility to work weekends when needed
