Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm
Contract: Temp to Perm
We are currently recruiting for a Service Advisor to join a busy and reputable automotive business based in Rotherham. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong customer service skills and an interest in the motor industry to secure a full-time, long-term position with the potential to become permanent.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the first point of contact for customers bringing their vehicles in for servicing or repair
- Schedule appointments and manage workshop bookings
- Communicate effectively between customers and the workshop team
- Provide regular updates to customers and respond to any queries
- Maintain accurate records and handle associated administrative tasks
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role is essential (experience in the automotive sector is desirable)
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
- Confident using computers and booking systems
- Parts/service experience in automotive
- Kerridge or Pinnacle experience (Dealership Systems)
